Introduction to the Metaphors of Movement process\nKnowing where you stand – the starting point \nFull outline of the MoM process and session structure. \nDay 2. Introduction to Metaphor Taxonomy and Creating Digital Change\nThe Structure of Outcomes. \nThe Obstructions: external rules and values. \nThe Containers: container metaphors\, inherited status. \nThe Burdens: responsibilities and guilt. \nThe Bubbles: beliefs and values \n  \nLevel 2 The Metaphoric Hierarchy – 15th- 16th August 2026\nDay 3. Intro to relationships & creating analogical change\nThe Elevations: status games and awkward positions. \nRelational Positions: where we stand in relation to others. \nThe Fulfilments: emotional trading and transactions. \nThe Hurts: emotional injury and emotional health. \nWorking with anger\, anxiety\, and panic attack \nDay 4. Symbolism and Time Predication In Metaphor\nDream work and dream analysis. \nIntroduction to Metaphors of Time. \nIntroduction to Metaphors of Business and Money. \nCourse style: The course will consist of theory introducing the concepts of Metaphors of Movement\, explanations\, and plenty of opportunities for practice. It is delivered with an engaging style and loads of humour and fun! \nTrainer: Alan Johnson a well experienced trainer of NLP and a certified IEMT trainer. He has watched with interest the development of MoM by its developer Andrew T Austin and is now an offical Level 1 & 2 trainer of MOM. Alan is passionately interested in the contribution NLP\, IEMT and now MoM can make towards personal or professional change work. \nWhat is Metaphors of Movement about? Metaphors of Movement takes the guess work out of change work by purely working in the structure of the metaphorical world the person occupies. It is a precision tool to help you home in on the client’s exact stuck point and how they are maintaining their problem state \nThis Level 1 & 2 course is designed to give you an awareness of how the Metaphors of Movement approach works\, giving you the confidence to practice the approach \nThere is an opportunity to progress to Level 3- 6 with Andy Austin\, and further explorations should you find the approach is for you.
