Change work, coaching, therapy- whatever label you give it, if you are unhappy with an aspect of your life and want it to change- than contact us.

My approach is totally person-centred- I work in your model of the world, with what you give me verbally and by understanding your unconscious processing via metaphors and the internal ‘representations’ and strategies that have kept the problems occurring.

I use a no-nonsense, direct and occasionally provocative approach that may feel a little unorthodox, especially of you have experienced traditional ‘therapy’ or treatment. I am not meeting you to collude or be a friend- you will have come to see me to make a change in your life, and change means doing it differently- changing something about you.


If you always do what you’ve always done- you’ll always get what you’ve always got- Change something- anything.


I will help you to understand what is happening for you in thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and where you would like to be in the same. I am not interested in your history, stories or what you think stuff means- nor am I interested in why you are where you are.

I will help you to resource yourself to overcome the issues that bother you, develop new and practical ways to be in the world, so you develop resilience for the future.

My intention is to get you to where you want to be as soon as possible, so will typically only need to see me 2-3 times.

I am available to see you one to one for very effective brief intervention change work.

My unique style combines the best in modern change work approaches, to quickly uncover:

  • Where you are
  • Where you’d like to be
  • What you need to do to get there
  • How to do it quickly
  • What you are doing next

You do not even need to go right through your ‘story’ and certainly not to re-live anything unpleasant.

Everyone is unique, but most people only need to see me for 2-3 sessions and if I feel it’s not for you, I will tell you after the first time we meet.
